Unless stated otherwise on the specific promotion page, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the promotional period results in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting typically contributes 100% to wagering requirements. kpr888 employs automated monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns. Where suspicious activity is identified, kpr888 reserves the right to suspend the relevant account, withhold funds pending investigation, and report the matter to the relevant licensing authority.

kpr888's aggregate liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your kpr888 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits kpr888's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You may close your kpr888 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal policy, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC requirements.
